Most people don’t think about sealing their concrete until it’s already stained - by then it’s too late for a quick fix.

This client’s driveway, pathway and garage sit under a gum tree that drops leaves year-round. Left bare, that concrete would’ve picked up permanent staining within a season. So alongside a full exterior house wash, we high-pressure cleaned all the concrete back to its original colour and applied a 2-coat clear sealer.

What that sealer actually does: it stops organic matter like leaves, dirt and grime from soaking into the pores of the concrete. No more staining, easier to clean, and it protects the surface long term.

Full exterior wash + concrete clean & seal = one less thing this owner has to think about.

Sometimes I’m just not ready and get caught off guard 😂

If you live on the Gold Coast, your house is copping it every single day.

The salt from the ocean air settles on your surfaces and locks in moisture, perfect conditions for mould and organic growth.
Left untreated, it eats into your paint and render and costs thousands to fix.

Washing it regularly is the cheapest protection you can give your home. Simple as that.

If your house hasn’t been washed in the last 12 months, it’s time. Link in bio to get a free quote.

Recently - 74 townhouses. 2-3 storeys. 4 days. Three blokes and a boom.

I’ll be honest - three storeys in a boom is a different feeling.

Not gonna oversell it. This one pushed me. 74 townhouses, 2-3 storeys, roof pressure cleaning, four days straight. Early mornings before the sun was up, finishing in the last light of the arvo.

Teamed up with the legend Anton from @pacific_pressure_cleaning - couldn’t have done this without him bringing me in and working side by side the whole way through.

Jim from @allovapropertymaintenance had the boom and all safe working operations dialled in. That matters when you’re that high up. Every safety precaution in place, no exceptions.

Every roof completed to body corporate standard - spec met, no callbacks, job signed off clean.

Biggest job I’ve done. The kind that reminds you why you take this seriously.

Grateful for the collab, Anton. Let’s do it again.

Before: black. After: the colour it was always supposed to be.

Honestly - this would have to be one of the mouldiest roofs I’ve come across.

When I first pulled up and looked at it, I wasn’t sure the colour was even coming back. Every tile was covered. Dark, thick, years worth of buildup baking under the Brisbane sun.

Low pressure surface cleaned first, then chemical treated to kill the mould at the root - not just blast it off the surface and hope for the best.

That’s the difference between a roof that looks clean for 3 months and one that stays clean.

By the time I packed up and left, the owners were standing in the driveway just staring at it. That reaction never gets old.

If your roof looks more dark grey than whatever colour it used to be - it’s not aged. It’s dirty.
